Md88 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the md88 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the md88 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and md88 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform.
- Registration and use of the platform is restricted to individuals who are legally eligible in their respective jurisdictions.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, a valid email address, and phone number. md88 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your IC or passport.
Account registration is free. Once your account is activated, you can make deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via any of our supported payment methods.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. md88 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

User Responsibilities
As an md88 platform user, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the platform;
- Engaging in fraud, cheating, or any form of manipulation in gameplay;
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the platform;
- Sharing your account with others or transferring it to a third party.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the md88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to current policy, which can be reviewed in your account. md88 supports a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other approved methods.
All deposit transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed. Withdrawal of winnings will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on your chosen method and account verification status.
- Minimum deposit: RM 10 (subject to updates)
- Withdrawals require identity verification for amounts exceeding the specified limit
- Md88 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud
- Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are the responsibility of the user
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Md88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" and md88 makes no guarantee that its services will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
Md88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, use of multiple accounts, or any unlawful activity. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for return in accordance with md88's internal procedures, subject to any necessary investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Term Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the md88 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of md88 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from md88.
Third-Party Links
The md88 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. md88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
Md88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Notice of amendments will be published on the official website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved through the mechanisms prescribed under applicable Malaysian law.
